This Warwick 75' performance cruising yacht is one of two yachts designed and developed for a very experienced Hong Kong based yachtsman. The first yacht was sea trialed in May 2012 and will soon be heading for her inaugural cruise in the Pacific. The sister yacht started construction in Taiwan but has since been shipped to New Zealand to be finished to the demanding standards set by kiwi yachtbuilding. The yacht represents the latest Warwick design with very elegant contempory lines and with fast comfortable passagemaking for 6-8 guests and 2 crew in mind. Hull and deck construction, hull and deck fairing, tanks, engine, basic interior and some wiring and plumbing have been completed. The new owner has the option to specify the yacht's systems, running and standing rigging, deckgear and interior decor. Completion time is estimated to be less than 12 months. In the following yacht specification we have presented the specification of the sister yacht which has just been handed over to her owner. Obviously this specification could be substantially changed to suit the needs of a new owner. To complete the yacht to the specification outlined in this brochure the contract price would be approx. US$ 5 million. A simpler specification could bring substantial savings of course. Whilst the cost of the yacht as is where is was close to US$ 2 million, The owner is a keen seller and is very interested in getting offers. A survey report will be made available to interested buyers. The same project manager who completed the sister yacht could be available to finish this yacht.
